The Domaine Jean Médeville et Fils is located in the middle of Cadillac and is surrounded by vineyards. Most of the wine comes from the vineyards situated on the hillsides dominating the town. The tradition of wine production goes back to 1711 but the Médeville family bought the estate in 1826.

Agricultural method: traditional and sustainable.

Vinification: Grapes are first destemmed, then placed in temperature controlled vats for 8 to 10 days. After filtration, wines are matured in tanks before being bottled. Bottling takes place at the Chateau 12 months after the harvest.
