Viticulture and Vinification
Grapes are grown in seaside vineyards a stone’s throw from Marsala’s historic salt marshes. Winemaker Gaspare Vinci vinifies in temperature-controlled stainless steel without skin contact. The wine rests in tank and bottle for six months before release. Bottled in a screwcap liter.
