HARVEST
Grapes from selected lots were hand picked at the end of March.
VINEYARDS
The vineyards are located in the coolest areas of the Maule region. The alluvial soil has an excellent drainage and moderate fertility that allows keeping the yield controlled.
WINEMAKING
Bunches are cold macerated for 2 days before they are destemmed, taking extreme care not to crush the berries. Then it is carefully racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation and it is controlled at a temperature between 20° and 23° C.
TASTING NOTES
A lively and purple red color. It shows great varietal character in ayoung and refreshing approach: rich fruit notes of cherry, plum and strawberry.
SERVING SUGGESTION
This wine is an excellent choice to match with fusion cuisine, sushi, and any white meat. It goes very well with some dry cheeses.
