Rapido Prosecco is made exclusively from Prosecco grapes cultivated in the Veneto region in the hills north of Treviso, between the river Piave and the Prealps. The Prosecco grape flourishes in the fresh, loose soils in this hilly area. All phases of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica’s Claudio Manera and Lelia Burdese.
