WINE ESTATE
• Fifth generation winemakers, Roger and Georges Antech, inherited the ancient craft of making Blanquette, the original French bubbly that pre-dates Dom P?rignon’s “discovery” of Champagne by over 150 years. The family’s property lies on gentle slopes that bask in the Mediterranean sunlight. Old vines, yields < 50Hl/ha, and sustainable agricultural methods for this outstanding sparkling wine.

• Limestone and gravel, with shallow subsoil to better stress the vines.

• 70% Chardonnay

• 2% Pinot noir
VINIFICATION
• Hand-harvested grapes
• Traditional “m?thode champenoise”, 2nd fermentation in bottle
• Aged on the lees for a minimum of 15 months before disgorgement
