100% Cabernet Franc.
VINIFICATION
Light pellicular maceration, pressing, settling, and fermentation at 16°C. Maturing on fine lees.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine has been specially selected to accompany white meats or an aperitif.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale pink
Nose: Floral, red berries
Palate: Rather fresh entry, fruity, nicely balanced
with a subtle finish.
