Wine tasting is the best way to master your knowledge about the wine.
Every week we will feature two or three tasting events to give you opportunity to taste our wines and try something new. Each tasting event we will feature 3 wines. Temperature is raising and this week for the first time we will break 90 F!! Sparkling wines are perfect to beat the heat and Thursday we will feature HI! Prosecco and HI! Rosé Spumante. Bubbly Clairette de Die will be poured on Saturday and based on this wine we will prepare simple cocktail which you can serve on summer yard parties and picnics. Riesling is other perfect summer sipper with its high acidity and delicate fruit. Summer in the glass! We will pour it. TASTE!!
