Dry, red, semi sparkling wine
The long history of this wine can be demonstrated by the Diploma ‘Mention Honorable’ awarded by the International Jury during the prestigious 1900 Exposition Universelle de Paris. The glass and label of this bottle are the exact reproduction of an original example dated from the end of 1800’s, still existing and kept by the Chiarli
family. The ‘Premium’ is obtained by a rigorous selection of the best grapes of the Sorbara varietal from the vineyards of Chiarli Estates. The manual picking of the best grapes only, a careful vinification followed by a long temperature controlled fermentation make this bright red wine lovely fruit on the palate with a pleasant bouquet.
The pressing, vinification and bottling are efficiently performed in the cellar located in one of Chiarli Estates, Azienda Agricola Castelvetro, where they produce their top range wines made with grapes of their properties emphasising the locality or “terroir” on which the grapes are grown.
Best when served chilled (10°- 12°C).
